Tony Do It is a small yet highly enjoyable puzzle game inspired by the classic Sokoban. Your objective is simple: place all the crates onto the spots marked with crosses. However, the mechanics offer an interesting twist — you can not only push the crates but also pull them by pressing the Fire button, adding new tactical possibilities.

The levels feature additional challenges. Scorpions and wandering natives roam the chambers. They won’t kill you, but direct contact will drain your remaining time more quickly, forcing you to think and act fast.

Requirements: Any Commodore C64/128 computer or an CommodoreC64 emulator.

Storyline

The story takes place immediately after the events of the original game. Tony has finally discovered the legendary treasure of King Montezuma II — chambers filled with gold and priceless riches lie before him.
There’s just one problem: the exit is locked.

To escape the treasury, Tony must solve a series of clever puzzles and prove he truly deserves the treasure.

Got quite a way through, how many levels in total are there? (without repeatedly hitting F5 to find out!). May end up review wise in Zzap!64 issue 32, we have an awful lot of games competing in the aftermath of Impossible Mission 3 heh

discover all of Montezuma's chambers, it's a puzzle game, good luck

A very good and fun puzzle game. I added it to my video along with other games released in March.

thank you

We weren't disappointed. The game is really fun, and the new C64 color palette is a welcome addition. Our German-language review can be found at 01:02:00. English subtitles are also available. 🙂

Great game, thanks.

Wonderful game. I like it, you have the freedom to move the boxes by pushing AND pulling. Sadly, the monsters keep blocking your way, which is a bad randomizer in a puzzlegame. Which is hell of annoying, to be honest. The other aspects of the game are wonderful and absolutly fun to play and look at.

Thank you for the kind words. Remember - if you trap your enemies so that they have no space to move, after a short while they will die of exhaustion. This is another small strategic element of the game.

Awesome and thanks guys ! Could be possible to release a colour version for atari 8 bits as well ?

I wish I had more free time to do it proper justice... Problem is that adding colors into atari hires gfx takes a lot more cpu power and logic to get pm layer combined with rest of gfx. We thought it's better to use that time for future Tony games which will have more colors even in hires. Stay tuned!

A truly great puzzle game, which we recently showed in the Atari XL version (see 02:05:11) and will soon test again in this version. Stay tuned! 🙂
